Investing
Our approach to investing stems from our history and experience as owners and managers of various types of financial & physical assets. We have invested both our own capital and that of investors to develop and grow wealth, thereby ensuring our interests are aligned with investors.
Acquisitions
We seek to utilize our analytical and operational expertise to acquire undermanaged well-located assets across target markets in the US. By doing this we can enhance cash flows, increase the value of our underlying assets and produce solid long-term returns for our investors.
Asset Management
Our team has held various management roles in different businesses, and this experience is brought to our post-acquisition decisions. We review market cycles and risk spectrums in order to make informed decisions regarding properties we acquire. We look to either improve them before selling the assets and returning capital to our limited partners, or focus on building positive cash-flows and steady income-generating assets.
